We work hard to make sure every client is happy with what we ship. When something goes wrong, we'd rather fix it than refund — but where a refund is fair, we honour it.
Hosting fees passed through to third-party providers (e.g. AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare) are non-refundable once provisioned.
Email hello@gerizimdigital.co.uk with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
If we can't resolve a refund dispute amicably, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales as set out in our Terms of Service.
