Most agencies separate "the design team," "the dev team" and "the AI team" into different silos. The result: long handoffs, lost context, miscommunication, and clients paying for the same conversation three times.
We do it differently. Every Gerizim project is delivered by a small integrated team that owns design, engineering and deployment end-to-end. Here's our delivery playbook.
Phase 1 — Discovery (Week 1)
We start with a focused workshop. Not a 50-slide kickoff deck — a real conversation. We map:
- Who actually uses this product, and why?
- What's the single most important workflow it needs to nail?
- What can we cut from v1 without breaking the value?
- What's the success metric three months after launch?
The output: a one-page product brief with a clear MVP scope.
Phase 2 — Design (Weeks 2–3)
We go straight from brief into a hi-fi clickable prototype — not low-fi wireframes. The prototype is built in plain HTML/CSS so you can open it on your phone, click through real screens, feel the interactions.
This is also when the brand decisions get locked: typography, colour, motion, voice. By the end of week 3 you've signed off on something you can actually use.
Editing the HTML prototype takes 30 seconds. Editing the real app takes 15 minutes per change. We do all the experimentation in the cheap medium first.
Phase 3 — Build (Weeks 4–7)
Two-week sprints. Weekly demos every Friday. Every sprint ships something you can use.
Our stack defaults to Next.js + React + Firebase + Postgres for most projects, but we pick what fits. For mobile, we lean Flutter or React Native unless we need deep native iOS/Android capabilities.
Phase 4 — Launch (Week 8)
By week 8 we're submitting to App Store / Google Play, pointing your custom domain at production, hardening security, setting up analytics. We don't "throw it over the wall" — we stay through soft launch and the first wave of real users.
Phase 5 — Grow (Ongoing)
Most projects continue under a monthly support retainer. We monitor errors, ship small improvements every week, and stay the team that knows your codebase. No new agency to onboard six months later when something breaks.
